Relocation Assurance
Relocation Assurance
We understand that circumstances change. If you find
yourself needing to move, we'll help you find a new apartment with one of our
partner communities. As long as you are moving to a partner community that is
located more than 15 miles from your current location and you are a resident in
good standing, we'll waive the remainder of your existing lease term with 30
days' written notice and waive the application fee at your new community. If a
concession was applied to your lease, a prorated portion may be due upon
transfer. Our team is happy to review your lease terms and explore options to
make your move as smooth as possible. Call or visit the office to discuss your
relocation and complete a Relocation Assurance and Community Transfer form. We
will work with you to make this move as easy as possible; let us help relieve
some of your stress!
A written 30-day notice to vacate is required. Residents are
considered in "good standing" based on rental payment history and
community policies compliance.
If you move out of your current apartment but do not
relocate and take possession of your new apartment, you will be held to the
terms of your original lease agreement.
Residents are responsible for any applicable cleaning
charges, damages, final utilities, and the prorated amount of any up-front rent
concession before moving out. Your account must be paid in full to be
considered in good standing.
